We first came in contact with Robert Karwacki when he phoned our home in reference to a market analysis.  Robert visited our home and provided with a thorough appraisal.  We then decided to put our home on the market with your company.

Every detail of the contract was explained and within 3 days the sign was put up.  Once our house was on the market, Robert spent many hours with us.  He showed us many homes in our price range and made a point of discussing our options with each home he showed us.  In addition to showing us homes, he also telephoned every few days to keep us abreast of new listings etc.  Robert's efforts also included the showing of our present home to potential buyers, and promptly presenting any offers.
